Lauren Childress, MS, is a Colorado-based counselor, trauma-informed coach, and former law enforcement professional who specializes in helping individuals and first responders heal from relational trauma, narcissistic abuse, and PTSD. She is known for bringing personal, firsthand experience with first responder culture into her clinical work, offering a non-judgmental and secure environment for recovery.

  • Education: She holds a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from Walden University (2022) and a B.S. in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute and University (2020).

She is the founder of JLC Wellness Collective, a nonprofit dedicated to providing faith-based, high-quality care for veterans, their families, and young adults in the community.
